Mind Health sessions are designed to work just like any session with a personal trainer or gym session would. Each session has been created to help you establish regular workout routines that take a proactive approach to strengthen you from the inside out, helping you acquire tools and skills to build the necessary emotional strength to thrive in whatever circumstances you encounter in life.

free initial consultation
An individual Mind Health session typically begins with a brief 15-minute face to face, telephone or video conference contact, focusing on the areas you wish to work on. You are under no obligation to continue with Mind Health at the end of the call.
At the end of your Free 15-minute Consultation, you can expect:
